About

Located in the heart of the East Village, Tsukimi offers a modern take on kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese dinner. The name Tsukimi translates to moon viewing and refers to the mid-autumn harvest festival honoring the moon at its fullest and brightest. While we partake in the harvest of the earth, we celebrate contemplation, gratitude, and togetherness.

Reservations

Tsukimi is a unique counter dining experience for up to 14 guests. We are currently offering one seating at 7PM for the summer. Reservations are required, and offered online 30 days in advance. Reservations can be made for 1 to 6 guests. We are closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Our kaiseki tasting will consist of an 11-course dinner, so we ask our guests to reserve at least 2.5 hours for the seating.
